Job summary

Leading CA Firm invites applications for an Internal Audit role in Mumbai. The position focuses on delivering Internal Audit, Risk Advisory and IFC engagements with quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead senior stakeholder management with CXOs, CFOs, Audit Committees and Board members, and own client accounts from relationship building to delivery and growth opportunities. You will also contribute to GTM initiatives, build pipelines, and support proposal development and deal closures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, and IFC engagements with high-quality execution and client satisfaction
• Drive senior stakeholder management with CXOs, CFOs, Audit Committees, and Board members
• Own client accounts end-to-end from relationship management to engagement delivery and identifying growth opportunities
• Contribute to Go-To-Market strategy, including identifying target sectors, building pipeline, and driving market outreach
• Lead proposal development and pitch presentations including scoping, solution design, commercials, and closure support

Proven track record in:

• Lead and oversee delivery of Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, and IFC engagements, ensuring high-quality execution, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Drive senior stakeholder management, including regular interaction with CXOs, CFOs, Audit Committees, and Board members
• Own client accounts end-to-end from relationship management and engagement delivery to identifying growth opportunities within existing clients
• Play a key role in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including identifying target sectors, building pipeline, and driving market outreach initiatives
