Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in risk-based internal audit.
• Strong expertise in GRC, SOX, IFC and risk controls.
• Experience with Basel III implementation and FRTB is desirable.
• Experience managing IA engagements for global banks or offshore FS clients.
• Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

We are looking for an Internal Audit Director to join a leading Big 4 consulting firm in Mumbai.

Experience: 12-15 Years

CTC: 45-55 LPA

Preferred: Candidates currently working with Big 4 / Big 6 consulting firms

Key Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in Risk-Based Internal Audit
• Strong expertise in GRC, SOX, IFC/Internal Financial Controls, Risk & Operational Risk or Experience in Basel III implementation and FRTB
• Proven experience managing Internal Audit engagements for Global Banks, Investment Banks or offshore FS clients
• Strong understanding of financial services risk, controls, governance and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing large, complex client engagements and senior stakeholders
• Strong Business Development and Account Management experience, including client relationship management, identifying new opportunities, growing existing accounts and supporting revenue growth
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level and senior client stakeholders
