Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Noida is seeking an experienced AD/Azure and Windows Administrator (Print SME) to lead enterprise printing in a cloud-first environment. You will design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365/Azure-based Universal Print solutions for 5,000+ users, migrate legacy print servers to the cloud, and implement secure, scalable print services with RBAC and conditional access.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience in Windows printing, Universal Print

Strong background in identity management, device integration, and troubleshooting complex print environments.

10+ years & Minimum 5 years hands on experience

Designed and implemented Microsoft Universal Print solutions for enterprise-scale environments (5,000+ users).

Migrated legacy print servers to cloud-based Universal Print, reducing infrastructure costs by 30%.

Configured and managed Universal Print connectors and printer registration workflows.

Integrated printers with Azure AD and Intune, enabling secure and centralized management.

Automated print deployment using PowerShell scripts and Intune policies.
