Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced AD Administrator (L2) for onsite work in Mumbai. The candidate will manage Active Directory, group policies, DNS/DHCP, and perform migrations and hardening per CIS benchmarks.

Strong experience with FSMO, trusts, Kerberos, PSC scripting, and RODC is required. Excellent troubleshooting and monitoring of domain services are essential for reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Must have AD promotion and migration.
• Must have Group Policy Management.
• Must have AD replication troubleshooting.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• DNS and DHCP troubleshooting and management.
• Certificate Authority server understanding.

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of directory infrastructure Includes FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos.
• Creation of all top-level OU hierarchies with LBL standard sub-OUs, groups, and appropriate security permissions.
• Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain.
• AD daily health checkup; Day-to-day management of domain controllers roles, schema, NTDS, DNS, SRV records, trusts.
• Review DC event and security logs and take corrective actions.
• Backups and restores on domain controllers.
• AD site and link management.
• PowerShell scripting to automate AD tasks.
• AD replication troubleshooting and migration tasks.
• GPO management and CIS benchmark domain controller hardening.
• RODC knowledge and domain housekeeping.

Role Purpose

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1) Creation and management of directory infrastructure Includes FSMO roles, trusts, Kerberos
• 2) Creation of all top-level OU hierarchies with LBL standard sub-OUs, groups, and appropriate security permissions. This includes adding the OU Admins to the Add Computers group, Group Policy Creator Owners group, and OU Admins mail list. It also includes setting appropriate permissions on the created objects and linking of default GPOs.
• 3) Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain
