Job summary

TESTQ Technologies LTD. is seeking an experienced Active Directory administrator to manage daily AD operations in an onsite client environment in India. You will administer users, groups, computers, OU structures, GPOs, DNS and domain trusts, and you will troubleshoot replication and authentication issues.

This contract role requires strong PowerShell skills, ITIL-based support mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory administration and AD DS.
• Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity.
• Knowledge of AD FS, federation, Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, domain trusts, and replication.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Familiarity with MFA, Conditional Access, and access governance.
• Experience in ITIL-based support and ITSM tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Support incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes
