Job summary

Capgemini in India seeks an experienced Identity & Directory Services Specialist to manage AD DS across Windows Server 2012/2016 and to deploy Entra ID, Entra Connect, and ADFS infrastructure. You will handle migrations, mergers, and complex AD scenarios while ensuring secure access and high availability.

Role requires strong experience with AD DS, Entra ID, ADFS, PKI, and related tooling. The position offers 24x7 support readiness and exposure to enterprise-scale projects within Capgemini.

Qualifications

• Strong experience (4+ years) in administering Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) across enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra Connect, and Identity Federation.
• Deep understanding of ADFS architecture and federation services.
• Proficient in configuring AD DS sites, replication, domain controllers, and secure directory deployments.
• Experience performing AD migrations using ADMT, Quest Migration Manager, etc.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificate authorities, and identity security.

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot ADFS including Claim-Based Authentication (Single Org & B2B).
• Manage Device Registration Service (DRS) and advanced ADFS deployment scenarios.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation issues, and identity-related problems across AD and Entra ID.
• Administer AD LDS and ensure high availability, monitoring, health checks, backup, and recovery.
• Provide 24x7 support for identity, directory, and authentication services.

• Capable of troubleshooting authentication issues, federation failures, and directory sync problems.
• Skilled in configuring Device Registration Services (DRS) and advanced ADFS deployment setups.
• Ability to manage identity lifecycle, access control, and directory governance.
• Experienced in monitoring, auditing, and maintaining business continuity for identity services.
• Willingness to work in 24x7 operations and handle critical escalations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
