• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell bank's products such as Casa sales to existing customers.
• Manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) to acquire new clients for current accounts, liabilities, business development, cross selling, and wealth management services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to HNI/NRI client acquisition.
• Develop strategies to increase branch banking penetration in the catchment area through retail liability products like Current Accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
