Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd seeks an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales to drive retail loan customer acquisition through direct and indirect channels. You will manage channel partner relationships, ensure KYC-compliant documentation, and coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and tech teams to process loan applications.

This role targets home loans, LAP, and personal loans with a focus on meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
