Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Chennai is seeking an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales to drive retail loan growth through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing. You will identify potential customers, manage channel partners, ensure documentation and KYC compliance, and coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams.

The role requires meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans, LAP and personal loans, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong partner

• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
