Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank seeks an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales to drive retail loan customer acquisition through direct and indirect channels. You will identify prospects, manage channel partners, ensure compliant documentation, and help achieve targets for home loans, LAP and personal loans.

You will coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams to ensure smooth processing and top‑class service, while sustaining a strong partner network and steady loan flow.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
