Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Analyst) to support Talent & Organization initiatives across multiple client projects in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.

The role requires 2–8 years of graphic design experience with strong Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate and Lectora skills, and a graduate/postgraduate in graphic design. You will craft engaging learner experiences and media assets for enterprise training projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in graphic design.
• Graduate or postgraduate in graphic design preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UI/graphics and animations.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive learner experiences by interpreting client requirements and delivering training solutions.
• Extend support through development, integration and deployment phases.
• Design, visualize and develop independently for media projects, overseeing design projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop graphics/media (UI, graphics, illustrations & animations) ensuring high quality.
• Visualize concepts from storyboards/creative brief and collaborate with instructional designers.
