Job summary

Accenture Gurugram seeks a Senior Graphic Designer Analyst in Talent & Organization to create intuitive learner experiences and visuals for e-learning media. You will lead design projects from concept to delivery across locations including Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.

With 2–8 years in the creative field, you should be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, Lectora, and multimedia design, and comfortable with Storyline and rapid video tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design.
• 2–8 years of experience in creative learning, media, advertising and communications.
• Fair knowledge of e-learning and SCORM/AICC standards.
• Strong understanding of learning design and development.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive learner experiences by interpreting client and business requirements; deliver effective training and non-training solutions.
• Design, visualize and develop independently for media projects from conception to delivery.
• Develop graphics/media (UI, graphics, illustrations & animations) ensuring quality.
• Create high-end cutting-edge design for complex projects and demo samples.
• Visualize concepts from storyboards/creative briefs; coordinate with consultants for visualization of graphics.
• Maintain graphic standards, guidelines and checklists for the project.

Roles & Responsibilities

• As a part of our high-impact Talent & Organization / human potential team, you will help drive the following: Create intuitive learner experiences by interpreting client and business requirement, recommend and deliver effective training and non-training solutions. Extend support through various phases of development, integration and deployment.
• Design, visualize and develop independently for any kind of media project irrespective of the complexity level and oversee all design projects as media lead, from conception to delivery.
• Develop graphics/media (UI, Graphics, illustrations & animations) ensuring the quality levels.
• Create high-end cutting-edge design for complex projects and demo samples.
• Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from Storyboards/creative brief.
• Interact with communications consultants and instructional designers for visualization of the graphics.
• Maintain graphic standards, guidelines and checklists for the project.
• Result-oriented approach with a flair to solve problems in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. Excellent with strong business acumen.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Have expertise in design tools such as eLearning, motion graphics, marketing communication, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Audition.
• Work with content development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Lectora, and be comfortable with other performance support tools.
• Own an aptitude for developing videos using rapid video authoring tools like – Vyond, VideoScribe and Powtoon

Additional Information

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design.
• Years of experience: 2-8 years in the creative field of learning, media, advertising and communications
• Fair knowledge of e-learning and SCORM/AICC standards
• Good understanding of learning design and development, learning architecture and various rapid authoring tools.
