Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Graphic Designer - Analyst for the T&O (S&C GN) group. Location: Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai. Minimum 2 years of experience, Graduate/Postgraduate in Graphic Design preferred. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate and Lectora required.

You will craft learner experiences and oversee media from concept to delivery across diverse projects, contributing to the workforce of the future within Talent & Organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience required.
• Graduate or postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Graphic Design.
• Proficiency with design tools mentioned (Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, Lectora).

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive learner experiences by interpreting client and business requirements and deliver effective training and non-training solutions.
• Extend support through various phases of development, integration and deployment.
• Design, visualize and develop independently for any media project from conception to delivery.
• Develop graphics/media (UI, graphics, illustrations & animations) ensuring high quality for complex projects.
• Visualize creative concepts and instructional media from storyboards/briefs.
• Collaborate with communications consultants and instructional designers for graphics visualization.
• Maintain graphic standards, guidelines and checklists for the project.
• Adopt a result-oriented approach with strong problem-solving in a diverse environment.
