Job summary

Polyols & Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Accounts & Stores Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain financial and inventory records, ensure compliance, and coordinate between internal departments, suppliers, and service providers.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally and ERP systems, strong organizational and communication skills, and 4–8 years of experience in accounts, stores, or plant administration in a manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant and administrative operations.
• Maintain operational and compliance records as per requirements.
• Manage attendance records for staff and third-party service providers.
• Coordinate with transporters and arrange logistics per dispatch schedules.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, stationery, staff gear, and spares.
• Record inward/outward material, gate passes, and documentation.
• Maintain petty cash and assist payment summaries for vendors.
• Record/purchase invoices, goods receipt, and ERP transactions.
• Liaise with suppliers, authorities, and logistics partners.
• Prepare MIS reports on material movement, cash flow, and compliance.

P&P is now expanding its manufacturing base at Dahej, with a new 15,000 sq. m. facility to enhance existing product lines and introduce new polymer solutions for global markets.

About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts & Stores Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain financial and inventory records, ensure compliance, and manage coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and service providers. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and inventory management, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant and administrative operations.
• Maintain operational and compliance records as per company and statutory requirements.
• Manage attendance records for staff and third‑party service providers (security, housekeeping, etc.).
• Coordinate with transporters and arrange logistics and transportation as per dispatch schedules.
• Manage ancillary service providers and ensure timely availability of support services.
• Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, stationery, staff gear, and engineering spares.
• Handle inward and outward material records, gate passes, and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain petty cash records and support payment summary preparation for vendors.
• Record and reconcile purchase invoices, goods receipt, and issue transactions in Tally/ERP.
• Liaise with suppliers, local authorities, and logistics partners for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review on material movement, cash flow, and compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally and ERP systems (preferably manufacturing ERP).
• Good understanding of inventory control, storekeeping, and accounting principles.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong record-keeping, documentation, and reporting abilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets for report preparation.
• Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges independently.
• Knowledge of transport coordination and vendor management preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Accounts, Stores, or Plant Administration roles (manufacturing preferred).
