Accounts Receivable Specialist (OTC Billing Process Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract activations, terminations, credit requests, and processing.
• Processing credit memos and debit memos.
• Performing revenue recognitions in NetSuite.
• Verification of activations and terminations in Salesforce, pricing tool to verify the contract amounts.
• Processing claims management transactions - Claims Management - esMD Usage, FSR's, Allscripts Usage, Life Point Payors, Plivo/Click to Call, CEM & CLMSTA.
• Closing activities like renewals, go-lives, CPI's, billing variances, backlog validations, and other quarter-end ad hoc works.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant work experience of a minimum of 3 years.
• Good knowledge of the accounts receivable process.
• Strong communication skills.
