Job summary

LevelBlue, a risk and security services provider, is expanding its Accounts Receivable team in Bengaluru. The role is client-facing, requires fluent English, and demands self-motivation, energy, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines.

You will manage end-to-end AR and collections, monitor accounts for timely payments, resolve invoice discrepancies with Sales, Finance and Billing, and maintain accurate notes in ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone/email to follow up on invoices.

• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate to management.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and controls.
• Perform cash application and resolve unapplied cash with clients.
• Assist with other projects as directed by management.

About The Role

We are currently expanding our Accounts Receivable team due to a significant customer base expansion. This role requires the candidate to be fluent in speaking and writing in English. To be successful in this role, candidates must be self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and work independently in a team environment. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required. This position is client facing and has high visibility across the company including sales, operations, finance, and service functions.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable and collection activities for assigned customer portfolios.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and reduce overdue balances.
• Review aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on payment risk and value
• Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices and negotiate payment commitments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Billing teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, deductions, payment disputes and other client concerns.
• Maintain accurate collection notes, customer communication records, and account status updates in ERP/CRM systems.
• Identify high-risk accounts and elevate potential bad debts to management.
• Ensure compliance with company credit policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Perform cash application to ensure clear paid invoices and work with clients to resolve unapplied cash receipts
• Assist with other projects on an as-needed basis, as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Work experience (1+ year) in an administrative or customer facing role preferred
• Intermediate Excel and Word skills.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-paced growing environment.
• Working knowledge of accounting software / ERP system - preferably NetSuite
• We prefer college-educated applicants, but at minimum, high school diploma or equivalent is required for employment.

Education

• BCA / B.Tech graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications in cybersecurity, information technology or related fields.
