Prefr (operated by CreditVidya) seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee accounting, payments and treasury for a fintech platform in India. You will lead the AP team, drive timely payments, optimize processes, and ensure statutory compliance with TDS, GST, MSME Act and the Companies Act.

You will collaborate with product, sales, collections and admin to align finance with business goals, implement controls, and generate insightful financial reports for senior management.

Qualificações

• Chartered Accountant with 4-7 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of Indian statutory regulations (TDS, GST, MSME Act, Companies Act).
• Proven track record of process improvement and automation in AP.
• Strong knowledge of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
• Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and managing audits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting operations including GL, journal entries, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments (vendor payments, taxes) and adherence to internal controls.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and coordinate with auditors during audits.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Prepare and publish AP-related reports (cash flow forecasting, aging analysis).
• Collaborate with product, sales, collections and Admin teams for financial alignment with operations.
• Prepare, analyze and present financial reports to senior management with cash flow projections and variances.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial systems and automate processes in AP.
• Monitor and manage banking relationships.

What will you do?
