Job summary

Vensure is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Associate to join our finance team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on end-to-end AP processes, from invoice verification to payment execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

You will review invoices against POs and contracts, maintain vendor records, perform reconciliations, and support month-end closings. Collaboration with operations, procurement, and finance is essential, with a focus on audit readiness

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate with procurement, operations and finance teams
• Familiarity with purchase orders, contracts and audit requirements
• Knowledge of financial controls and compliance best practices
• Proactive in identifying process improvements in AP workflows

• Ensure timely processing of payments while adhering to company policies and financial controls


• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing AP-related reports and reconciliations


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, procurement, and finance teams


• Maintain proper documentation and ensure audit readiness for all AP transactions.


• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time
