Job summary

Institute of Management Accountants, Inc. in Chhatral, India, seeks an Accounts Manager with 12–15 years of accounting experience to lead end-to-end accounting and financial reporting. You will ensure statutory compliance, manage import/export activities, banking operations, and coordinate with auditors and regulators.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of accounting experience required.
• Qualification: M.Com or Inter CA, with relevant exposure.
• Proven track record in statutory compliance and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounting and finalisation of accounts.
• Prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets timely.
• Ensure statutory compliances including GST, TDS, income tax filings.
• Oversee import/export procedures and related documentation.
• Manage banking operations, LC docs and forex transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and regulators.
• Supervise invoicing, payables, receivables and reconciliations.
• Maintain records and ensure internal controls are in place.
• Guide and mentor team members for smooth department functioning.

Job Description:

Job Title: Manager Accounts

Qualification: M.Com (Or Inter CA)

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Salary : 6LPA to 7LPA

Location: Chhatral

Reporting To: Partners

Job responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end accounting up to finalisation of accounts
• Ensure timely preparation of Profit & loss statements, Balance sheets, and other financial reports
• Manage all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and company filings
• Oversee import and export formalities including documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders
• Handle banking operations, LC documentation, and foreign exchange transactions
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Supervise day-to-day accounting functions such as invoicing, payables, receivables, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely submission of returns, reports, and compliance documents
• Maintain accurate records and ensure internal controls are in place
• Guide and support team members, ensuring smooth departmental functioning
