Job summary

Insolation Energy is seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee daily accounting operations in Jaipur. The role involves managing AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, depreciation calculations, and preparing balance sheets and profitability statements.

You will coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and customers to ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance, using ERP software to streamline processes. The candidate should hold an accounting degree with qualifications like B.Com/M.Com/MBA

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process journal entries and maintain general ledger.
• Do vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Compute depreciation and prepare projected balance sheets.
• Prepare profitability statements and ESI & PF statements.
• Verify loan documentation and perform bank statement reviews.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Job description

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), journal entries, vendor and customer reconciliations, depreciation calculations, projected balance sheets, profitability statements, ESI & PF statements, loan documentation verification, bank statement reviews, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. Experience with ERP/accounting software and coordination with banks, auditors, vendors, and customers is required.
