Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and related activities. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company and a strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and Finalise Audit, year end closing.
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and financial audits.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and control accounting expenses and transactions.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, production, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
- Support inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost-related accounting in the manufacturing environment.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Manage and guide junior accounting staff.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills
- CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory, and costing will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

A detail-oriented professional with strong accounting knowledge, sound financial judgment and practical experience in managing accounts within a manufacturing environment.
