Job summary

Essvee Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager for a manufacturing setup in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience and a CA Inter qualification, with strong expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and audits, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure accurate books, cash flow monitoring, and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory, and costing will be an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Monthly Management Accounts and Finalise Audit, year end closing.
• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general accounting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and financial audits.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Monitor and control accounting expenses and transactions.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, stores, production, and other departments for accounting-related matters.
• Support inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and cost-related accounting in the manufacturing environment.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Manage and guide junior accounting staff.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
