Candidates must have 10–15 years of accounting experience in the Fertilizer or Cement industry, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Formación

• Minimum 10–15 years accounting experience in Fertilizer or Cement Industry.
• Prior experience in Fertilizer, Cement or Chemical industries is mandatory.
• Exposure to large-scale industrial procurement environments is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for plant finance and accounting operations;
• Preparation and analysis of monthly MIS, P&L, and variance reports;
• Product costing, standard costing, and cost variance analysis;
• Budgeting, forecasting, and control of plant OPEX & CAPEX;
• Inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliation;
• Fixed asset accounting and capitalization;
• GST, statutory compliance, and audit coordination;
• Strengthening internal controls and adherence to SOPs;
• ERP/SAP handling for plant finance processes;
• Leading and mentoring the plant finance team;
• Financial support to Plant Head for operational decision-making;

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting
• Hands-on experience in plant/works accounting
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• ERP/SAP or similar system experience preferred

Experience Required

• Minimum 10–15 years accounting experience of Fertilizer or Cement Industry
• Prior experience in Fertilizer, Cement or Chemical industries is mandatory
• Exposure to large-scale industrial procurement environments will be an added advantage
