JITO is seeking a mid-level accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting for multiple clients across industries (manufacturing/trading/services). Responsibilities include accurate bookkeeping in Tally/ERP, monthly MIS, GST compliance, TDS/TCS, and audits.

Manage end-to-end accounting for multiple clients across industries (manufacturing/trading/services).Ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally/ERP: vouchers, ledgers, bank/cash book, journal entries, provisions, fixed assets, depreciation.Prepare and review monthly MIS: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, receivable/payable ageing, working capital and variance analysis.Handle GST compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation with 2B, e-invoicing/e-way bill support, follow-ups for vendor/customer mismatches.Manage TDS/TCS compliance: deduction checks, challans, quarterly returns, Form 16/16A, vendor PAN validation and reconciliations.Support Income Tax work: data compilation, schedules, audit queries, and coordination for returns/assessments as required.Coordinate statutory/tax/internal audits: prepare schedules, confirmations, supporting documents, and resolve audit observations.Maintain strong control over client documentation, checklists, deadlines and compliance calendars; ensure timely deliverables.Supervise accounting executives: task allocation, review of work, training, and ensuring accuracy and discipline in documentation.Liaise with clients for data collection, clarifications, and closure of pending items; maintain professional communication.Identify process gaps and suggest improvements/automation in accounting and reporting; implement SOPs and templates.Ensure confidentiality of client data and adherence to firm policies, reporting standards and timelines.
