Job summary

Atoconn is seeking an Accounts Intern to support invoicing, receivables, vendor payments, and GST working papers under supervision. The role is on-site in Kalyan, five days a week, for 6 months with a potential full-time offer for high performers.

You will maintain ledgers in Tally and Atoconn's iAM accounts product, prepare a simple MIS on cash position and ageing, and assist with GST/TDS processes. Suitable for B.Com, M.Com, or BBA students or graduates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, BBA or equivalent.
• Basic accounting concepts: debit / credit, ledgers, invoices, GST at a basic level.
• Good with Excel or Google Sheets; careful with numbers.
• Able to work from the Kalyan office five days a week for the internship period.

Responsibilities

• Raise client invoices, track receivables and follow up on payments.
• Record purchases, expenses and vendor bills; reconcile bank statements monthly.
• Prepare GST and TDS working papers for the accountant to review and file.
• Maintain ledgers in Tally and in Atoconn's own iAM accounts product.
• Prepare simple MIS: cash position, ageing, monthly expense summaries.
