Key duties include GST, TDS, E-way Bills, Tally/ERP, statutory compliance, preparing monthly reports, managing accounts receivable/payable, budgeting and leading the accounts team to ensure timely completion of activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Manage GST, TDS, E-way Bills, Tally/ERP and statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow statements.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing and collections.
• Monitor project-wise costing, expenses and profitability.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and customers.
• Manage bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and account closing.
• Ensure timely statutory filings and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support management in budgeting, financial planning and cost control.
• Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.
