AMY Group of Companies in Edappally, Kochi, Kerala seeks an Accounts & Finance Executive to join the finance team at the corporate headquarters. 1–3 years of accounting experience is preferred and the role involves accuracy in transactions, gold accounting, statutory compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities include maintaining books, GST/TDS returns, gold inventory reconciliation, and monthly MIS reporting. 3 openings for the position, based in Kerala.

Formación

• B.Com or M.Com qualification or related commerce degree.
• 1–3 years accounting experience, preferably in jewellery manufacturing or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Good communication and analytical skills.

AMY Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our finance team at the corporate headquarters in Edappally, Kochi.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining high accuracy across financial transactions, gold metal accounting, statutory compliance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and day-to-day entries in ERP/Tally. Handle bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and client receivables.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns with accuracy.
• Reconcile daily gold inventory balances and manufacturing accounts.
• Assist in monthly closing and management MIS reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or related qualification.
• 1–3 years experience in accounting, ideally in jewellery manufacturing or retail wholesale.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, ERP software, and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
• Good communication and analytical skills.
