The role involves teaching Accounts and Finance, tracking attendance, counselling students with absenteeism, and collecting feedback to improve teaching quality. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, be energetic, able to drive projects, and work well in a team,

ArivuPro is an Ed-tech company and Academy in Bangalore established in the year 2015 that offers tutoring services for a wide variety of professional exams in the commerce stream, and we have also tied up with various institutions pan India to provide integrated courses. Our aim is to be a one-stop solution for all the needs of commerce professionals.

Experience: Fresher/ 1-2 Years in teaching

Qualification: MCOM, CA, CMA, PhD

Responsibilities:

• Should be able to teach and conduct classes for Accounts and Finance
• Check the Attendance records and prepare reports on a daily basis.
• Check on regular absenteeism and conduct counselling sessions for such students and prepare records for the same.
• Collect student feedback for teachers on a regular basis. Provide constructive feedback on the observations noted to the teachers and maintain records of such feedbacks.
• Should manage a class or conduct an activity hour if necessary.

Right Fit :

• MCOM, PhD., CA, CMA Qualified or appropriate professional degree qualification
• Excellent oral and written communication
• The person should be highly energetic; able to drive projects; be a team player
• Should have the ability to handle students in a class.
