Accounts Executive US & Australian Clients

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage bookkeeping and taxation for clients across the USA and Australia. You will work within a COE team that operates to international standards — not local ones. If you have cross-border accounting exposure and want to build it further, this role is the right fit.

• Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
• Office Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for US and Australian client accounts
• Prepare and support tax filings in line with US and Australian compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate general ledgers, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Work within client-specified workflows using accounting platforms including QuickBooks and Xero
• Communicate directly with reviewers and managers on deliverable status and quality

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with US and/or Australian bookkeeping and tax regulations preferred
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational discipline
• Good written and spoken English
