Miros Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Accounts & Finance professional for a luxury hotel setting. Responsibilities include daily income audit, F&B controls, cash handling, and vendor reconciliation, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Candidates should have a B.Com with 3–5 years of experience in 4- or 5-star hotel finance, proficiency in SAP/IDS/Opera, and strong MS Excel skills for inventory and GST compliance.

Qualificações

• B.Com is mandatory; higher qualifications preferred.
• Experience in hotel accounting roles is desirable.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

• Perform daily income audit as per corporate finance guidelines
• Execute F&B control activities
• Manage daily cash collections and bank deposits
• Handle petty cash and reconciliations
• Conduct daily OTA and credit card reconciliations
• Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments
• Track vendor payments and obtain balance confirmations

Purchase & Stores

• Release daily Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs)
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
• Record daily consumption based on store issues
• Maintain store inventory, including liquor stock

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

• B.Com (mandatory)
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within a 4-star / 5-star hotel or luxury resort
• Experience in income audit, F&B controls, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliation

Technical Skills

• SAP Knowledge
• Knowledge of hotel accounting software (IDS / Opera / SAP or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
