Miros Hotels & Resorts seeks a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive with 3-5 years of experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury resort in India. You will handle income audit, F&B controls, cash management, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliations, ensuring compliance with GST/TDS.

Required education: B.Com mandatory; higher qualifications preferred. Proficiency in IDS/Opera/SAP, MS Excel, and strong coordination with operations and procurement are essential for accurate

• Experience in income audit, F&B controls, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliation.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily income audit as per corporate finance guidelines.
• Execute F&B control activities.
• Manage daily cash collections and bank deposits.
• Handle petty cash and reconciliations.
• Conduct daily OTA and credit card reconciliations.
• Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments.
• Track vendor payments and obtain balance confirmations.
• Release daily Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and record daily store consumption.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts

• Perform daily income audit as per corporate finance guidelines
• Execute F&B control activities
• Manage daily cash collections and bank deposits
• Handle petty cash and reconciliations
• Conduct daily OTA and credit card reconciliations
• Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments
• Track vendor payments and obtain balance confirmations

Purchase & Stores

• Release daily Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs)
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
• Record daily consumption based on store issues
• Maintain store inventory, including liquor stock

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• B.Com (mandatory)
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within a 4-star / 5-star hotel or luxury resort
• Experience in income audit, F&B controls, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliation

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of hotel accounting software (IDS / Opera / SAP or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
