Qualifications

• B.Com is mandatory.
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within a 4-star / 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Experience in income audit, F&B controls, inventory accounting, and vendor reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily income audit as per corporate finance guidelines.
• Execute F&B control activities.
• Manage daily cash collections and bank deposits.
• Handle petty cash and reconciliations.
• Conduct daily OTA and credit card reconciliations.
• Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments.
• Track vendor payments and obtain balance confirmations.
• Release daily Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Record daily consumption based on store issues.
• Maintain store inventory, including liquor stock.

Eligibility Criteria

Education
