Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive - Payments to manage payment processing, documentation, approvals, and coordination with internal teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor, supplier, and business payments accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices, POs, agreements, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Management, and Auditors for approvals.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, payment requests, and approvals.
• Handle auditor queries and provide required supporting documents.
• Prepare payment status reports and update management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

CTC - 3 TO 5 LPA

Requirements

• Graduation with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and payment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, ERP/Tally.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
