Job summary

Viral infocom is seeking an Accounts Executive at our South Bopal, Ahmedabad office. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and TDS management using Tally ERP/Prime. The ideal candidate has a B.Com or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, performing bank reconciliations, filing GST returns, and assisting in financial reporting and audits. MS Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent degree in accounting/finance.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with GST filing and TDS preferred.

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely compliance.
• Deduct and deposit TDS and assist in TDS return filing.
• Coordinate with banks for day-to-day transactions and documentation.
• Maintain ledgers and reconcile transactions; assist in monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Support internal audits with required documentation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team at our South Bopal, Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and proficiency in tally accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Accounting Software including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes accurately and on time
• Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure timely compliance
• Deduct and deposit TDS as per applicable provisions and assist in TDS return filing
• Coordinate with banks for day-to-day banking transactions, fund transfers, and documentation
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support internal audits by providing necessary documentationManage petty cash and expense records
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in accounting/finance

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime accounting software
• Working knowledge of GST (filing, reconciliation, compliance)
• Working knowledge of TDS deductions and filings
• Familiarity with Banking operations and reconciliation
• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and Word)
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation
