Job summary

What will you do

The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and digitally proficient Accounts Executive and will support business reporting, financial analysis, and MIS automation. The candidate must have strong Excel skills, a good JD Accounts Executive_2026 understanding of accounting fundamentals, and the ability to leverage AI tools to improve reporting accuracy, productivity, and business insights.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required by management.
• Familiarity & proficiency in advanced excel formulas, Pivot Tables, charts, power BI, power query etc.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems to create accurate dashboards and trackers.
• Creating automated Excel-based reporting solutions.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
• Support senior management with data-driven insights for decision making.

What are we looking for:

• Must have proficiency in Advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts etc.
• Must have the ability to use AI tools effectively for financial reporting, data analysis, business presentations, and documentation.
• Sound understanding of core accounting principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with power BI, power query etc. is preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
• Basic working knowledge of Tally ERP is desirable.
• Good analytical ability with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Inclination towards process improvement and problem solving.

Education Qualification – B.Com/M.Com/BBA or related academic background

Experience - Total Experience: 0-1 year
