Job summary

Freudenberg Group in India seeks an experienced finance professional to manage accounts receivable, credit control, and ERP-driven processes. You will support month-end closes, bank reconciliations, and regulatory reporting from our Pune operations.

Required: B.Com/M.Com with 5+ years in AR/Finance, and at least 5 years hands-on SAP FI-AR experience in an MNC. On-site role in Pune; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control / Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP system in MNC
• Proven experience of 5+ years in SAP (FI-AR) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support financial planning activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications:
