Job summary

Entero Healthcare Solutions Ltd in Warangal is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting for our pharma distribution business. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, reconciliations, vendor management, and finalization.

You will handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while preparing MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in Pharma Distribution / Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel skills with advanced formulas and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Manage AP and AR activities.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Perform vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, payments, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate collections.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account finalization.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
• Ensure proper accounting of transactions related to pharma distribution operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities for our pharma distribution business. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial transactions, reconciliations, vendor management, and account finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Perform vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and verify vendor invoices, payments, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate for timely collections.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account finalization.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management.
• Ensure proper accounting of transactions related to pharma distribution operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Experience in the Pharma Distribution / Healthcare / Distribution industry will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience in BRS, Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor Reconciliation, and Account Finalization.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
