Job summary

Purplle.com is seeking an Accounts & Finance Executive for our manufacturing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. The role covers day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and compliance tasks essential to our operations.

You will handle reconciliations, closing activities, costing, budgeting, and collaborate with auditors and internal teams to ensure accurate records and MIS reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or Certified Management Accountant qualification is mandatory.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L and accounting principles.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, P&L and financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank, ledger and account reconciliations.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Monitor vendor/customer accounts and ensure timely reconciliation.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Support costing, expense tracking and budgeting.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for financial requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare MIS reports.
• Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reporting and reconciliations.
• Work closely with the factory/operations team on finance-related matters.
