• Prepare MIS reports and support year-end closing and audits.

Job Description

Satyadeep Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
• Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, payments, and statutory compliance.
• Manage vendor bills, payment processing, expense tracking, and outstanding follow-ups.
• Maintain project-wise accounting records and monitor expenses.
• Prepare MIS reports, expense statements, and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and internal departments.
• Assist in monthly and yearly account closing and audit activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Candidate Requirements

• B. Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
