Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries).
• Maintain books using Tally Prime or other software.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, customer follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Perform vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in GST calculations, reconciliations, and return preparation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle reconciliations, and support GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and the ability to manage financial documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime or other accounting software.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments and customer outstanding follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Perform vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in GST calculations, reconciliations, return preparation, and related compliance activities.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payment records, and return-related documentation.
• Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation for internal and statutory audits.
• Prepare routine accounting reports and MIS using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal departments for accounts-related matters.
• Ensure accuracy of financial entries and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
