Job summary

New Delux Logistics Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an Account Executive to manage data entry, bookkeeping, and GST/TDS compliance. The role requires proficiency in Tally Prime and the ability to handle bank transactions and MIS reporting.

The candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics accounting, with strong communication skills and independence in work. Immediate joining is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Data entry in Tally Sales, Purchase, Payment & Receipt, Petty Cash Expenses, Salary & other.
• Maintain bookkeeping in Tally Prime and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Monthly & yearly Working of TDS & GST in Tally is must
• Handle bank transactions forex, including RTGS and NEFT transfers, CMS
• Make MIS
• Filing of documents
• Help auditors with finalization

• Data entry in Tally Sales, Purchase, Payment & Receipt , Petty Cash Expenses , Salary & other
• Maintain bookkeeping in Tally Prime and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Monthly & yearly Working of TDS & GST In Tally is must
• Handle bank transactions forex , including:- RTGS and NEFT transfers, CMS
• Make MIS
• Filling of documents
• Help auditors with finalization

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required, degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field a plus.

Skills and Knowledge

• 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive's in a relevant industry, such as freight forwarding, customs clearance.
• Proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally Prime, with hands‑on experience.
• Work Independently or with little supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Location: Candidates based on the Western Railway Line or Metro Lines are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
