Job summary

Royal Chains is seeking an account professional in Mumbai to manage day-to-day financial entries and invoicing. The role involves handling payables/receivables, bank reconciliations, GST, and TDS compliance, with attention to accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a B.Com/M.Com or equivalent, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with auditors and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• GST and TDS knowledge with proper invoicing processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and monthly closings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and related compliance.
• Maintain petty cash and expense records.
• Verify vendor bills, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of all accounting transactions.
