• Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax
• Proficiency in Tally / Busy Software
• Knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Good understanding of balance sheet and bookkeeping

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and general ledger
• Handle invoicing, billing processes, and financial records
• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns; income tax filing
• Manage banking, cash flow, reconciliation, and banking transactions
• Support payroll processing and balance sheet preparation
• Maintain MIS reports and assist audits and management reviews

Job Summary:

We are looking for Accounts / Finance Executives with practical knowledge in accounting,

taxation, and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day

accounting activities, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions
• Manage cash book, bank book, and general ledger
• Handle invoicing and billing processes
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns
• Handle income tax return filing and compliance
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements

3. Banking & Reconciliation

• Perform bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliation
• Manage cash flow and banking transactions
• Coordinate with banks for financial activities

4. Financial Operations

• Manage debtors and creditors
• Support payroll processing
• Assist in preparation of balance sheet and financial reports

  5. MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain financial MIS reports
  • Provide data for audits and management review
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports

  Key Requirements:

  Education:

  • B.Com / Any Graduate (Commerce preferred)

  Experience:

  • 15 years in Accounts / Finance / Taxation
  • Fresher with strong practical knowledge may also apply
