Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight billing accurately and on time.
• Verify proof of delivery documents for accuracy.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Reconcile trips and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile toll charges and related costs.
• Reconcile fuel purchases and expenses.
• Settle driver-related expense claims.
• Follow up on customer ledgers and collections.
• Support vendor payment processes.
• Prepare management information summaries.
