Job summary

Tech Profuse, Hyderabad, is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations. The role focuses on accurate processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and entries, with Zoho Books as the primary ledger system.

You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare MIS reports, and assist with month-end closings while coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. A strong foundation in bookkeeping and financial reporting is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books, Tally, and other accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting operations.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries timely and accurately.
• Oversee all accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
• Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts and ledgers.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and keep records updated and organized.
• Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial summaries for management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants as required.
