Job summary

Propkarmaa Private Limited in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an experienced real estate accounts professional to manage end-to-end accounting for portfolios and financial reporting.

You will handle vendor payments, tenant receivables, tax compliance (Ind AS/ GST) and support audits with accurate month-end closes. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration days for critical closes and audits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Zoho Books for real estate finances.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and GST compliance.
• Experience with financial reporting, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with TDS processing and property accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for real estate portfolios: record transactions, reconcile bank statements, and maintain ledgers for multiple properties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements—including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for investor and internal review.
• Process vendor payments, tenant receivables, and manage property expense accruals with accurate month-end cut-offs.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS), GST, TDS, and property-specific tax regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to audit lease agreements, rental income, and capital expenditure documentation.
• Automate reporting via accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) and support ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic property decisions.
