Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Financial record maintenance and proper books of accounts.
• Process sales, purchase, receipts, payments and other transactions.
• Bank, vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual cash and income MIS.
• Maintain fixed assets schedule per Companies Act and IT rules.
• Prepare prepaid schedule and close accounts periodically.

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintaining proper books of accounts

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation:

• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

Financial Reporting:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
• Prepaid schedule
• Closing accounts periodically

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
