Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks an accounts professional to maintain financial records, handle payable and receivable processes, and perform regular reconciliations and reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a postgraduate finance/accounting qualification is a plus, and 2–4 years of experience in accounts, finance, and taxation. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance: maintaining proper books of accounts.

• Reconciliation: bank, vendors and customers ledger reconciliation; GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation.
• Financial Reporting: monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS; fixed assets schedule as per Companies Act and income tax; prepaid schedule; closing accounts periodically.

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintaining proper books of accounts

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation:

• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

Financial Reporting:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS
• Fixed assets schedule as per companies act and income tax
• Prepaid schedule
• Closing accounts periodically

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Any post degree in finance/accounting
• Minimum of 2to 4 years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software eg Tally and Microsoft Office.
