Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an accounting professional to manage books, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have 2–4 years of experience, a degree in accounting, and proficiency in Tally and MS Office.

You will maintain books, process payables/receivables, handle reconciliations, and prepare MIS and schedules as per statutory requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Any post degree in finance/accounting.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts, finance and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g. Tally and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Financial Record Maintenance: Maintain proper books of accounts.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process sales and purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Reconciliation: Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation; GST and TDS credits.
• Financial Reporting: Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS; fixed assets schedule as per Companies Act and income tax; prepaid schedule; closing accounts periodically.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Record Maintenance:

• Maintaining proper books of accounts

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

• Process sales and purchase, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.

Reconciliation:

• Bank, Vendors and customers ledger reconciliation.
• GST credit and TDS credit reconciliation

Financial Reporting:

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and income MIS

• Prepaid schedule
• Closing accounts periodically
