Job summary

Rezolut Infotech, a software services and product company, is seeking a finance professional to manage accounting, GST/TDS, invoicing, payroll records, and monthly closures in Thane.

You will work with auditors, prepare reports for budgeting, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements using Tally, Zoho Books or QuickBooks, and Excel. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Commerce, with CA Inter a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tally accounting and data collection for clients.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings per statutory rules.
• Manage invoices, expenses, and vendor payments.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate reports for management and assist budgeting/forecasting.
• Maintain payroll records, PF, and ESIC as applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Tally accounting, client data collection.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings in compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and client billing
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting
• Work with external auditors and ensure compliance with all financial regulations
• Generate reports for management review and support budgeting/forecasting activities
• Maintain organized records for payroll processing, PF, and ESIC (as applicable)

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter is a plus)
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
• Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
