Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent business experience.
• 1-3 years Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
• 1-3 years as a business systems analyst or equivalent role working with complex application development projects.
• Experience working in an IT Agile team.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Custom Cloud).
• Customer Support for Accounting/ERP platforms (L1/L2)
• Consulting experience or working with consulting organizations highly desirable.
• Worked with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide functional and second-level technical support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design business capabilities.
• Identify data-process interactions to generate insights and solutions.
• Document key artifacts and processes using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Design, implement software modifications and integrate applications.
• Create technical requirements for developers and advise during development.
• Communicate business impacts of data changes to stakeholders.
• Assist in analysis, testing and deployment for third-party integrations.
• Support UAT and training material updates.
• Ensure new functionality is documented with training materials.

Job Title: Accountant I, FAO

Role and Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and perform functional and second-level technical support as needed.
• Partner with cross functional teams (business, IT and project) to produce requirements and design for business capabilities.
• Identify and understand the interaction between data and operational processes to provide insights for improvement and solutions to complex problems.
• Create and maintain documentation of key artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Design, create and implement software modifications, enhancements, and integrate new applications.
• Create technical requirements for developers and provide suggestions during the development stage that meet the customer's business needs.
• Communicate the associated business impacts of system and data changes to stakeholders.
• Participate in the analysis, testing and deployment of changes to third party integrated systems.
• Assist business analysts in the creation of scripts to be utilized during user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
• Work with the internal training organization to ensure new functionality is clearly documented and is reflected accurately in training materials.
• Successfully initiate, plan, implement, and close all project deliverables as committed.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or similar, or equivalent business experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred.
• 1-3 years of Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
• 1-3 years as a business systems analyst or equivalent role working with complex application development projects.
• Experience working in an IT Agile team.
• Customer Support for any Accounting Platform (ERP Functional Support) - L1/L2 Significant Customer (Technical) Support experience.
